Return Shipment Guide

We strive hard the situation of returing/refund never to occure. However, if we have not met your expectations, we provide all required support to make the process of returning the merchandise a simple and hassel free.

Please follow these guidelines to quickly process your Return / Refund request.

1.  Please ensure to intiate the request Return Merchandize (RMA), by logging into your Account’s MY ORDERS section and by selecting that Order within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Once Seller authorizes the return, our Seller schedules to pickup the merchandise (applicable only for damaged, product other than what your ordered or as approved by Seller)

3. Please ensure to packge the merchandise in their orignal packaging.

4. If you have received Shipping Labeles from TheOrganic.Life, please take a print out of the same and affix them on the package.

5. Before you handover to the carrier (either to partner carrier or as per your choice), please ensure to you have written contact details including telephone, mobile etc., on the labels.
